Data we process

We only process what you send us and basic technical data about your visit:

• contact details from the enquiry form (name, company, email, phone, country, message),
• the content of email or phone conversations you start with us,
• technical data about the visit (IP address, browser type, time of access, referring page),
• if you consent to it, usage data from Google Analytics 4 (a pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie, the pages visited, approximate location at city or region level, device and browser type).

Purpose and legal basis

Contact details are processed to answer your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough, based on pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Technical data is processed to keep the site secure and stable, based on legitimate interest.

Analytics data is processed to measure traffic and improve the site, solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give that consent in the cookie banner and may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the discussion and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards if no contract is signed. Operational logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from a user's last visit.

Recipients

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to processors that run our hosting and email, strictly to the extent needed to deliver the service.

If you consent to analytics, the processor for that data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It may also be made available to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your analytics consent at any time, free of charge,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).

Security

Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. Enquiries are accessible only to a limited group of people at the operator.
