How MyAgent collects, uses, and protects your data.
Who we are
3D Steel Labs s.r.o. (IČO 14152894, Sp. zn. C 48241, Krajský soud v Ústí nad Labem) is the controller of personal data processed on myagenterp.com. You can reach us at info@myagenterp.com.
What data we collect
We only collect data you actively send us and a minimum of technical data needed to keep the site running:
- Contact form data — name, company, email, message topic and content.
- Communication history when you reply to our emails.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Consent choices for cookies stored in your browser.
Why we process it (lawful bases under GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
- Art. 6(1)(a) — where you have given consent, e.g. for non-essential cookies.
- Art. 6(1)(c) — where we must comply with a legal obligation (e.g. tax, accounting).
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (typically accounting records for up to 10 years). Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with processors that help us run the site (EU-hosted infrastructure and email delivery), always under a written data-processing agreement. Data is stored within the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@myagenterp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The latest version is always available on this page.
